| Client Philosophy: For my buyer clients, you should own the best home on the market within your price range. One of a homebuyer’s worst fears is that they aren’t buying the best home available… what if something else is out there that is better, what are we missing out on? I have a system for making sure you don’t lose out, a system I use for all of my clients.In any given price range, no matter how good or how bad a home looks on paper and in photos, homes vary wildly on use of space, floor plan, functionality, craftsmanship, condition, overall appeal, neighborhood character and value. For each client, I spend a massive amount of time and effort performing first-hand, in-depth analysis of all homes on the market that meet my client’s criteria. I want my client to have the best home on the market in their price range, and I have a phenomenal method of finding my clients the true gems. My philosophy is that you should have the best home on the market that falls within your price range, period. By working together, you’ll get comfortable and educated about the entire home buying process, and we’ll get your finances in order so we can make a strong offer and negotiate well on the home you desire. We’ll do all of the necessary preparation up front since to make sure you have a strong offer — I’ll make sure you don’t lose out on the best homes on the market. For my seller clients, the ideal situation is that we have about 2 – 3 weeks to prepare before launching your home onto the market. This gives us time to declutter, depersonalize, deep-clean, touch up the landscaping, make minor yet important repairs, stage, prepare a photo shoot, price appropriately and prepare and target the marketing in order to create excitement and attract the most interest and showings in the crucial first few weeks on the market. I offer a “no-hassle” listing agreement and a flexible commission plan. |
